Certis Solutions is seeking a new Preconstruction Manager to join the team and help manage their large-scale ground-up projects.
The ideal Preconstruction Manager will have at least 8+ years of experience as a Precon Manager and/or Sr. Estimator with experience estimating on commercial projects. If this is you, please read the description below and apply for further consideration!
• Lead and mentor direct reports and preconstruction staff.
• Prepare and send bid documents and instructions to Bidders.
• Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Own the review of all final estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projects.
• Seek input and feedback from both external & internal customers.
• Perform additional assignments per the Director of Preconstruction.
• Present or participate in project estimates and budgets to project Owners and other partners.
• Own the bidding process including bid solicitation, bidders communications, proposals evaluations, etc.
• Develop a project from the first estimate to subcontract formalization and prepare bid documents for clients.
